Kirloskar Pneumatic Company has received an approval for setting up of a Joint Venture (JV) company (proposed Company) with AECOM India (JV Partner) for carrying out the Air Quality Control System business in India. The Share capital of the proposed Company will be on a 50:50 basis. The board of directors at their meeting held on October 11, 2017, has approved for the same.

Kirloskar Pneumatic Company is one of the core group companies. It operates in two segments: compression systems and transmission products. Compression system offers a range of air compressors in 15 product categories.
