Dynamatic Technologies gains on planning to demerge auto divisions

Dynamatic Technologies is currently trading at Rs. 1933.20, up by 322.20 points or 20.00% from its previous closing of Rs. 1611.00 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 1692.30 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 1933.20 and Rs. 1690.00 respectively. So far 5677 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'B' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 2990.00 on 07-Apr-2017 and a 52 week low of Rs. 1600.00 on 22-Feb-2018.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 1933.20 and Rs. 1600.00 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1160.48 crore.

Dynamatic Technologies is planning to demerge its auto divisions. The board of directors of the company will meet on February 28, 2018 to consider, deliberate and approve the same. The move to de-merge the auto divisions of the company is in further to the direction of the board at its meeting held on August 9, 2017.

Dynamatic Technologies is the largest producer of Hydraulic Gear Pumps in Asia and one of the top five worldwide. The company designs and builds highly engineered products for Automotive, Aeronautic, Hydraulic and Security applications.
