Jyoti has informed that Rare Asset Reconstruction (RARE ARC) has acquired the debt of Dena Bank. The Company is in discussion with RARE ARC for restructuring / resolution of the debt and have submitted restructuring proposal involving repayment of the debt over a period of time and conversion of part of the debt into equity share capital. This is in compliance with the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015.
