Tuni Textile Mills has informed that pursuant to clause 34(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015 the Company is re-submitting soft copy of Annual Report 2019-20 containing Notice & Annual Accounts for the financial year ended on 31st March 2020 which will be dispatched/ sent to the Members of the Company through permitted mode(s). There was typographical error on Page No. 85 of the Report which has been forwarded to BSE as one row was omitted. The Company has rectified the error and is forwarding herewith corrected copy of Annual Report for consideration as well as for the members of the Company. The Company also mailed corrected report to the Shareholders of the Company. The said Annual Report is also available under Investor Relations>Annual Reports section of Company’s website viz. www.tunitextiles.com.
