The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Wednesday, 22nd September, 2021 to Tuesday, 28th September, 2021. The Company has fixed Tuesday, 21st September, 2021 as the cut-off date for determining the eligibility of the members to vote by remote e-voting or e-voting at the Annual General Meeting.
