Jyoti has informed that Rare Asset Reconstruction (RARE ARC) a Company registered under the Companies Act, 2013 and registered with Reserve Bank of India as a Securitisation and Reconstruction Company, pursuant to Section 3 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 pursuant to the Assignment Agreement (AA) dated September 02, 2021 between Rare ARC and Bank of Maharashtra, Rare ARC have acquired the financial assets of Jyoti together with all security interest and all its rights and title and interest and benefits in respect therein. This is in compliance with the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
