KG Denim has informed that as per SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by Designated Persons, the trading window for dealing in shares of the company by Directors, Promoters, Other Designated Persons, and immediate relatives of Designated Persons will be closed from 1st April 2022 till 48 hours from the date of the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the Quarter and year ending 31st March 2022. The date of meeting of the Board to approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and year ending 31st March, 2022 will be informed in due course of time. Accordingly, all connected persons/designated Persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
