With reference to communication dated 25th November, 2022 that the exchange has noted significant movement in price of security, BSL has informed that apart from information on various matter already shared with the Stock Exchanges from time to time, there is no further Information/ Announcement (including impending announcement) which are required to be shared with Stock Exchanges. Further, the Company has assured that it would keep Stock Exchanges informed of any Information/ Announcement as required under SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 20 I 5 from time to time. It believed that the significant movement in the price of the equity shares of the Company during recent past is due to market conditions and absolutely market driven.
