Disclosure as required under Reg. 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) 2015 related to appointments and resignation as mentioned above is enclosed as Annexure-1. The company has enclosed the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results along with Limited Review report for the Third quarter and Nine months ended 31st December, 2022. The company shall arrange to publish the unaudited financial results in the newspapers.
