Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Kirloskar Pneumatic Company has informed that the Board in its meeting held today approved the appointment of Ramesh Birajdar as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer including Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from January 2, 2024 on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approval of the Audit Committee of the Company. The details required under SEBI Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 is attached as Annexure -‘A’. Further, Suhas S Kolhatkar -the present Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Company shall be superannuating from the said post with effect from close of business hours of January 1, 2024. The Board meeting commenced at 10.45 am (IST) and concluded at 1.25 pm (IST).
