Shree Rajeshwaranand Paper Mills has informed that pursuant to the Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 read with Clause 16 of Para A of Schedule III of SEBI, the Undersigned Resolution Professional has informed the Outcome of 26 Committee of Creditors (‘COC’) meeting wherein the Resolution Plan of Mercury Terra Firma has been duly approved with requisite majority of COC under Section 30(4) of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. In continuation of the Same, the company informed that the COC approved resolution plan has been filed with Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad bench (‘NCLT’) on 24.02.2024 for its approval/rejection, thereof.
