Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule Ill of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Sunil Shah Singh, Independent Director of the Company has ceased to be a Director of the Company and member of the Committee(s), as applicable, on completion of tenure of his appointment with effect from July 23, 2024.
