Jyoti has informed that the Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 14th February; 2025, to consider and approve Standalone and Consolidated Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended on 31st December, 2024. Further, in accordance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Company has intimated its 'designated persons' regarding the closure of the Trading Window for trading in the Company's Equity shares from 1st January, 2025 till the expiry of 48 hours from the date the said financial results are made public.
