Veljan Denison has informed that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, 13th February 2025 at the Registered Officer of the Company to consider and approve the un-audited financial statements including the Limited Review Report (both Standalone & Consolidated) for the Third quarter ended 31.12.2024. In accordance with the ‘Veljan Denison Limited - Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading’ pursuant to the amended SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Company has already intimated its designated persons including directors regarding the closure of the trading window for trading in the Company's equity shares from 01st January, 2025 till the expiry of 48 hours from the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results (after closing hours of 15th February, 2025) for the Third Quarter ended 31st December, 2024.
