Pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring & Reporting Trading by Insiders of the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time, BSL has informed that the trading window for the purpose of trading in the securities of the Company by its designated persons and their immediate relatives shall remain closed from Tuesday, 1st April, 2025 and will end 48 hours after announcement of Audited financial results for the quarter and Financial year ended 31st March, 2025. The date of the Board Meeting in which results would be considered shall be intimated in due course. It is the responsibility of each insider and insider's immediate relatives to ensure compliance with the Insider Code of the Company and shall not deal in the Company's securities during the above period of trading window closure.
