Trading Window for all the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives which remains closed since 01.04.2025, as notified vide our letter dated 26.03.2025, shall continue to remain closed till the 30th May 2025, in compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations), 2015. Further, the said notice is also posted on the Company's website in terms of Regulation 46.
