Further, the company has informed that pursuant to the Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring & Reporting Trading by Insiders, the trading window of the Company for the purpose of trading in the securities of the Company is already closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from 1st October, 2025 and shall remain closed till 14th November, 2025. The trading window shall re-open from 15th November, 2025
