Jyoti has executed Technology Transfer Agreement with Vlado Ostovic, Germany. As per the terms of the Agreement, Vlado Ostovic has agreed to grant to the company a perpetual, exclusive, non-transferable, license for complete Know-how required to design, engineer, manufacture, assemble, test, and market the Motors for Electric Bus Drive (MEBD). The company to pay Vlado Ostovic Euro 200,000 as per the terms and conditions mentioned in the Technology Transfer Agreement.
