Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, Yuken India has informed that VKAN & Associates, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 014226S), have tendered their resignation as the Statutory Auditors of Coretec Engineering India, a material subsidiary of the Company, with effect from the closure of business hours of June 02, 2026, due to pre-occupation. The details required under SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, are enclosed as Annexure I. The copy of the resignation letter received from the Statutory Auditors, together with the details obtained from them as required under Para 9 of Section V-D of Chapter V of the SEBI Master Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024, is enclosed as Annexure II.
