Varvee Global has incorporated its wholly-owned subsidiary, Varvee Energy, on July 7, 2026, following approval from the Registrar of Companies (RoC). The company has been incorporated to undertake business in the renewable energy sector, including, inter alia, generation, transmission, distribution, supply, trading, storage and other allied activities relating to renewable energy and sustainable energy solutions.
Varvee Global (formerly known as Aarvee Denims and Exports) is engaged in the manufacturing and selling of denim and non-denim Fabrics. The company caters to both domestic and international markets.
