Jindal Steel has informed that ICRA has upgraded/ reaffirmed the credit ratings assigned to the bank facilities and debt instruments of Jindal Steel. Further, ICRA has also upgraded/ reaffirmed the credit ratings assigned to the bank facilities of Jindal Steel Odisha Limited (JSO), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. Welspun Corp informs about award of order

Welspun Corp has informed about the receipt of a new order for supply of Coated Line Pipes from our manufacturing facility at Little Rock, USA, valued at approximately Rs. 960 Crore. This addition takes its consolidated global order book to approximately Rs. 25,750 Crore (~US$ 2.7 billion) - the strongest in the Company’s history - reaffirming robust revenue visibility & capacity utilization across its manufacturing assets in both India and the USA. This order book, scheduled for execution over FY27 and FY28, provides long term growth visibility and underscores the Company’s expanding footprint in the global pipeline infrastructure market. This disclosure is made in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and the Company’s Code of Practice and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information.
