Quicktouch Technologies was incorporated as a public limited company under the Companies Act, 1956 pursuant to a certificate of incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Kolkata, West Bengal dated July 02, 2013 with the name ‘Sahul Technologies Limited’. Subsequently, the name of the company was changed to ‘Quicktouch Technologies Limited’ and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of the name was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Kolkata, West Bengal, on August 23, 2016. Subsequently, the company shifted its registered office from ROC Jurisdiction Kolkata, West Bengal to Delhi under jurisdiction of ROC, NCT of Delhi & Haryana vide special resolution passed by its Shareholders in the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on May 22, 2017, and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated February 16, 2018 was issued to the company.
