Patanjali Foods, Hazoor Mult Projects and Shish Industries to see some action today

Patanjali Foods has incorporated two Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) Companies namely, ‘Contemporary Agro’ and ‘Rishikrishi Farming’ in India. The WOS Companies are Incorporated in India to provide training to farmers, to use other human resources in the field of farming, improve all type of farming and innovate in the area of farming, agriculture and plantation, to produce high quality of seed of fruits, vegetables and grains.

Hazoor Mult Projects has acquired 100% equity shares of Square Port Shipyard, a company incorporated on November 29, 2022 under the Companies Act, 2013, by way of Share Purchase Agreement (SPA), and for cash consideration of Rs 3.91 crore. 

Shish Industries (SIL) has signed a significant long-term commercial trade agreement, with the USA based entity Best Construction Products Inc. (BCP). This agreement brings together SIL, a leading company specialising in the production and supply of Construction, Packaging & Thermal Insulation related Products, and BCP, a distinguished entity in the United States engaged in quality construction materials.

Hindustan Aeronautics (HAL) has signed a transfer of technology agreement with National Aerospace Laboratories for the manufacture of the Bismaleimide Engine Bay Door for the series production of Light Combat Aircraft Tejas Mk1A. Light Combat Aircraft (LCA) Tejas Mk1A is an indigenous 4.5 generation, all-weather and multi-role fighter aircraft for the Indian Air Force (IAF). With the signing of the technology transfer for Bismaleimide (BMI) Engine Bay Door (EBD), HAL can directly produce these high-temperature resistant composite parts for the series production of LCA Mk1A aircraft meeting the initial requirement of IAF squadrons.

Oberoi Realty has sold 228 units worth Rs 1,775 crore in the fourth quarter (Q4) of the last fiscal year. It sold 4.49 lakh square feet of carpet area in Q4. During the entire 2023-24 fiscal year, Oberoi Realty sold 705 units for Rs 4,007 crore. The total carpet area booked stood at 10.76 lakh square feet during the last fiscal year. 

Adroit Infotech’s subsidiary -- Verso Altima India has secured order worth Rs 2.00 crore from BIZNET (PT Supra Primatama Nusantara, Jakartha) for BIZNET SAP BRIM - Managed Services. This project involves the Functional and Technical support for the SAP - BRIM application and Comprehensive onsite/Off shore support for one year.

Globus Spirits has commenced commercial production with a bottling capacity of 25000 cases per line per month in its newly set up unit located at District :-LakhimpurKheri, Uttar Pradesh. As on date 2 lines have been commissioned with one line dedicated to Tetra. The said bottling production has been completed with a total investment of Rs 38 crore financed largely through internal accruals and a term loan drawdown of Rs 15 crore.
