In reference to announcement dated August 15, 2024 related to Intimation under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 wherein Unistar Multimedia has mentioned fine amount of Rs 54,280 for Non-submission of the Shareholding Pattern of the Company for the quarter ended on June 30, 2024 within the period prescribed under Regulation 31 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Unistar Multimedia has informed that the said fine is increased to Rs 92,040 on August 30, 2024. The details as per requirement of Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations read with SEBI circular SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 is given in ‘Annexure A’.
