The company’s manufacturing facility is located at Bhiwadi. This plant is well equipped with machinery and equipments supplied from Alfa Laval and Mectech Engineers. Ajanta Soya started with production capacity of 62.5 TPD which has grown to present capacity of 180 TPD. Production capacity of the manufacturing facility is 54000 MT / P.A for vanaspati/refined oil.
The company sources loose vanaspati to major biscuit manufacturers like Parle, Britannia, ITC Foods and Surya Food, among others.
The company has a sales network of about 350 dealers that have presence in major cities and rural areas of Rajasthan, Delhi, Haryana and Uttar Pradesh. The company’s depots are located at Jaipur and Meerut.
Ajanta Soya packages its products in different sizes ranging from 100 ml sachet packs (pouch) to 15 kg tins/polyjar.
Recent developments
Ajanta Soya has established a rice bran processing unit with manufacturing capacity of 50 TPD. The unit required a capital investment Rs 3 crore. The unit is well equipped with technology used for removal of phosphorous content. The oil produced from this process has high content of orygenols.
