About Vama Industries Ltd

Vama Industries was originally incorporated as a Public Limited Company, in the state of Maharashtra on March 13, 1985 as ‘Kesaria Commercial Enterprises Limited’. The name of the company was changed to 'Sanjeevni Industries Limited' and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation Consequent on Change of Name was obtained on April 20, 1994. The name was lastly changed to 'Vama Industries Limited' and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation Consequent on Change of Name was obtained on March 3, 2005. The company came with an Initial public offer in June 2006 and its share are listed on BSE

The Hyderabad-based company, primarily focusing on IT & ITeS. The company mainly addresses Asia Pacific, Europe and US markets and is looking to broaden its horizons to other parts of the world. VAMA has trained manpower with over 200 man-years of experience working with a highly structured system.

The company undertakes business of system study, analysis design, development and implementation of software systems of all kinds for usage of computer systems, communication system or combination of computer and communication system for using in Government, Industry, Business or other fields activity.

The company has set up a wholly owned subsidiary in Singapore under the name and style of Vama Asia Pte. Ltd. and the subsidiary company was incorporated on 29.04.2005. The company was incorporated with an object to carry out IT Enabled Services in Software and Hardware.
