Viyash Scientific has informed that he Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company vide resolution passed by circulation on September 18, 2026, has approved the allotment of 11,07,309 equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each, fully paid up, pursuant to the exercise of stock options under the Sequent Scientific Limited Employee Stock Option Plan 2020 (“Sequent ESOP 2020”) and the Viyash Scientific Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme 2026 (“Viyash ESOP 2026”), as detailed below: a. 9,26,333 equity shares at an exercise price of Rs. 86 per equity share to eligible optionees under Sequent ESOP 2020. b. 1,80,976 equity shares at an exercise price of Rs.101 per equity share to eligible optionees under Viyash ESOP 2026. The aforesaid equity shares shall rank pari passu in all respects with the existing equity shares of the Company. Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the issued and paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 88,10,40,722/- consisting of 44,05,20,361 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each to Rs. 88,32,55,340/-, comprising of 44,16,27,670 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each.
