The index constitutes of companies from the BSE 500 index and represents 90% of the average float-adjusted market capitalization (i.e. based on the number of shares in active circulation at any point of time) of the metals sector, with a minimum of at least 10 stocks provided other criteria are fulfilled.

Hindalco Industries informs about loss of share certificates

Pursuant to the applicable provisions of SEBI Listing Regulations and based on intimation received from Company’s Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (‘RTA’) - Link Intime India, Hindalco Industries has informed that the share certificates have been loss/misplaced and requests have been received for issue of duplicate share certificate(s) in lieu of the original, as details enclosed. The Company has received above information from RTA about the same on April 20, 2024. Further, subject to completion of required formalities by the shareholder(s), the Company will issue duplicate share certificate in lieu thereof and inform accordingly.
