Reliance Infrastructure trades jubilantly on the bourses

Reliance Infrastructure is currently trading at Rs. 177.00, up by 14.55 points or 8.96% from its previous closing of Rs. 162.45 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 167.00 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 177.40 and Rs. 165.45 respectively. So far 978849 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 10 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 201.35 on 02-Sep-2022 and a 52 week low of Rs. 74.00 on 23-Nov-2021.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 193.95 and Rs. 162.30 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 4653.61 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 4.98%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 7.09% and 87.91% respectively.

Reliance Infrastructure has filed arbitration claim of Rs 13400 crore before the Mumbai Centre for International Arbitration against Adani Transmission in relation to transfer of Mumbai Power Business to Adani Transmission. The financial implication cannot be ascertained and is contingent upon the final outcome of arbitration and subsequent legal challenges.
