Centum Electronics has informed that Centum Electronics (hereinafter referred to as the Company) has received intimation letters dated 14th September, 2023 from Apparao V Mallavarapu, Promoter of the Company and Nikhil Mallavarapu belonging to the Promoter Group of the Company. As per the said intimation letters, Apparao V Mallavarapu has transferred 62,926 shares to Nikhil Mallavarapu by way of gift through an off-market inter-se transfer between promoters and promoter group without consideration.
