Company has received ISO 9001:2000 certification for its quality management. Since its inception the company has created 16 million sq.ft of residential space.

In 2003, company entered into a memorandum of understanding with Gujarat Government to set up an international pharma and biotech park (IPBP) on the outskirts of Ahmedabad. This 136-crore project was set up jointly by the State Government, around 50 pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. As per the MoU, GHCL will invest Rs 16 crore, while over 50 pharmaceutical and bio-technology units will invest the remaining Rs 120 crore.

In 2006 Company entered in an MoU with Government of Gujarat for development of IT and ITES SEZ under the name Million Minds with an investment outlay of about Rs.700 crores.

In 2006, five companies namely Ramasagar Infrastructure, Nachiket Properties, Manjari (Thaltej) Complex, Shaharsh Infrastructure and Ganesh Infrastructure were amalgamated with itself.

GHCL inked an agreement with Government of Gujarat for development of Smart City-Integrated Township at Village Godhavi and Garodia with an investment outlay of Rs 2000 Crores.

Company is well known real estate developer in Ahmedabad and is developing several projects in the residential, commercial, hospitality, SEZ's, integrated townships and retail segment.

Till date company has completed projects namely Shangrila-II, Ratnam, Maniratnam, Maniratnam-II and Mahalaya. The company has been part of mega projects such as MillionMinds, Golf Township and International Pharma and Bio-tech Park.

Company’s current projects include names such Satva, Suyojan and Shangri-La.

Future Plans
