Zenith provides a live help desk service from its Service Desk in Pittsburgh, PA. The Service Desk is staffed with experienced Level 1 and Level 2 technicians who have 2+ years of work experiencing supporting end-users on server, desktop and network level issues. This service is delivered using a combination of phone and remote control tools that are a part of the SAAZ software. A flat fee per desktop per month is charged for this Service Desk service.Zenith has Backup and Disaster Recovery (BDR) Resellers. Our BDR solution allows you to provide an enterprise-class solution to small to medium size businesses at a price they can easily afford. All this while you are making margins that will astound you.
Zenith offers one no-risk, money back guaranteed BDR Evaluation for all companies considering becoming a reseller. The Reseller may choose from the different models available and pay the appropriate deposit in order to conduct a 30-day evaluation. If the Reseller chooses to move forward, the deposit will be applied to the purchase of the NAS. If the Reseller decides not to move forward, the Reseller must pay for the return shipment of the device. After it receives the device in good working order, your deposit is fully refunded.
