Avantel, incorporated in 1990 offers telecom products and software solutions. Company's development centre located at Hyderabad, India is networked with the right tools, technologies, and equipment to create value for global clients. Company has received ISO 9001-2000 certification.
Its R&D center comprises of 40 member team of engineers which is recognized by the Department of Scientific and Industrial Research (DSIR), Government of India, as a research and development center for technology development in telecommunications.
The company has a test and measuring facility for design, development and manufacture of wireless products i.e up to 26.5 GHz and various access products supported by compilers and evaluation modules to test and integrate the software and hardware.
Company's range of test equipment includes network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, radio communication test sets, modulation analyzers, frequency counters, PCM analyzers, digital transmission analyzers, communication performance analyzers, RF power meters, oscilloscopes, multi function testers, function generators, environmental test facilities and vibration table
The company has formed various alliances in order to provide better solutions in communications and computing. It has partnered with Space Applications Centre, ISRO, Department of Space, Government of India, L 3 Communications - Narda, USA and Vedang Radio Technology.
