With reference to its letter no. KDL/SE/032/2026-27 dated August 18, 2026, Krsnaa Diagnostics has informed that it enclosed the Postal Ballot Notice dated August 13, 2026 (‘Notice’) for seeking approval of the shareholders of the Company on special resolution: Approval for Issuance of up to 16,21,000 Warrants Convertible into Equity Shares of Face Value Rs.5/- each on a Preferential Basis to the Promoter and Promoter Group of the Company.  Pursuant to Sections 108, 110 and other applicable provisions, if any, of the Companies Act, 2013 (‘the Act’) read with the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, guidelines prescribed by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs through various Circular(s) and the Listing Regulations, as amended from time to time, the Postal Ballot was conducted through remote e-voting process. The remote e-voting process concluded on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at 17:00 Hrs. (IST), post which Dinesh Shivnarayan Birla (Membership No.: FCS-7658, COP: 13029), Practicing Company Secretary and Proprietor of Dinesh Birla & Associates, Company Secretaries, Scrutinizer submitted the Report on the Postal Ballot voting results on September 18, 2026. Based on the Scrutinizer’s Report, the company has informed that the Special Resolution mentioned in the Postal Ballot Notice dated August 13, 2026 has been passed by the Members of the Company with requisite majority on September 17, 2026, i.e., the last date of remote e-voting. In connection with the above, it has enclosed the following: a. Voting results pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of the Listing Regulations and Section 108 of the Act read with the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014; and b. Scrutinizer's Report dated September 18, 2026 on remote e-voting.

Viyash Scientific has informed that he Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company vide resolution passed by circulation on September 18, 2026, has approved the allotment of 11,07,309 equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each, fully paid up, pursuant to the exercise of stock options under the Sequent Scientific Limited Employee Stock Option Plan 2020 (“Sequent ESOP 2020”) and the Viyash Scientific Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme 2026 (“Viyash ESOP 2026”), as detailed below: a. 9,26,333 equity shares at an exercise price of Rs. 86 per equity share to eligible optionees under Sequent ESOP 2020. b. 1,80,976 equity shares at an exercise price of Rs.101 per equity share to eligible optionees under Viyash ESOP 2026. The aforesaid equity shares shall rank pari passu in all respects with the existing equity shares of the Company. Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the issued and paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 88,10,40,722/- consisting of 44,05,20,361 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each to Rs. 88,32,55,340/-, comprising of 44,16,27,670 Equity Shares of Rs. 2 each.
