1.5 Stop thinking that lack of money is the root cause for…it’s only a symptom
How do you think about money, how do you relate to it? When you have less money that you need or want, what are the reasons for it? Most say money is a means to an end. What end are we talking about? What is Financial Independence and why is it not good enough? Why Financial Freedom should that be your goal for investing?
Ask anyone why they have not been able to do more, achieve more in life, the stuff they wanted and they will answer ‘lack of money’. Now, if you are bold enough to ask why they have less money than they think they needed, you will immediately be classified as an alien from mars. Worse as someone born with a silver spoon in his mouth and doesn’t know how hard it is to earn enough money to live a decent life.
I wasn’t born with a silver spoon nor I am from Mars (though some believe all men are from there and few others are working hard to get us there). But without denying or diminishing the hardships people face to live a decent life, I want you to know that what got you here is not going to work to get you there. There where you wish to be, want to be. Why?
